Terms & Conditions of Entry


  1. Entry into the Back-Roads Touring $500 voucher survey competition is open to people aged 18 and over. Nominated recipient will be required to present proof of age when accepting their prize
  2. These terms and conditions form part of your entry to the competition. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The competition commences at 10.00am AEST on Day, 29 MAY 2017 and will end at 10.00am AEST on Day, 19 JUNE 2017 (“Promotional Period”). Late entries will not be eligible to enter.
  4. The Promoters reserve the right to extend, withdraw or cancel the competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at their own discretion without any obligation to compensate entrants. The promotors of this competition are Back-Roads Touring Company Ltd in England and Wales / Scotland with registered number 02473373 and Vat number GB538617520.   5. To enter the Back-Roads Touring $500 survey competition and be eligible to win, entrants must during the Promotional Period go online at and complete the survey in its entirety
  6. Entrants are limited to one (1) entry and must fill in all mandatory fields via the competition form.
  7. All entries must include the correct contact details including name, email and phone number. This information will be used to contact you should you be successful.
  8. Employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoters and related body corporates of the Promoters (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) are not eligible to enter this competition.
  9. There is one prize to be won. The voucher prize is a AUD500 GiftPay eGift Card that can be used at the following participating stores:
  10. Prize is not transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
  11. The competition is a game of chance and the winner will be drawn at random
  12. The nominee will be contacted via email or phone by 30 JUNE 2017. The nominee must confirm their acceptance of the $500 voucher by 31 JULY 2017.
  13. If the nominee does not claim their prize by 31 July 2017 then the Promoters have the right to pick another winner at random and follow the same process as stated above until prize is accepted.
  14. The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Neither are the Promoters responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
  15. If for any reason, this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoters reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to any written directions given under State Legislation.
  16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters (including it officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following:

a) Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoters’ control);

b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

c) Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether on not after receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters.

d) Any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry;

e) Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;

f) the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; and/or

g) Participation in the prize.

  1. Once prizes have left the Promoters’ premises, the Promoters and their associated agencies take no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
  2. The Promoters reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoters have reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoters’ legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  3. By entering the Back-Roads Touring $500 voucher survey competition and accepting these terms and conditions, entrants acknowledge that the Promoters may publish winner details on their branded social media channels, company blog and/or company websites.
  4. Published winner details will be limited to first name, residing suburb or town and answer to competition question.
