5th October 2023Review ratingThey were fabulous- approachable, helpful etc. Draw back was The Wellington Hotel and cramped coach. Poor service at the Wellington-30 minutes to get a coffee whilst staff talked and socialised. Also they take 50 pounds a day as security- and they don’t give it back for weeks!!!! They are robbers!!!! Please change this venue. Also my fridge in room 110 was flooded had to ask twice - took them 6 hours for someone to mop up the mess!!! I will NOT stay there again. I need to add more - asked the concierge about Churchill war rooms - he said it was 1 1/2 hrs by taxi - so I didn’t pursue it - find out too late it is within walking distance. Pathetic service from Wellington. This is the tip of the iceberg too. Hopefully others will tell you of these happenings.

5th October 2023Review ratingDriver & tour guide made it a fun trip. They were adaptable to the weather and walking abilities. I wanted to see the English countryside and this tour length worked for our requirements. I would definitely recommend this tour company to others. Love the small group tours and tour bus.!

5th October 2023Review ratingTour was great but the bus was uncomfortable. Particularly the single seats - no leg room and seats were very hard. Thankfully we stopped regularly.
