Fantastic tour guide. Jeremy who with his passion for all things Wales gave us extra insight to all places visited. He went over and beyond in all things. We will do another Backroads tour again for sure

“Pass by the mesmerizing” - If it’s mesmerizing, why pass by? The Welsh Language Center did not offer a lesson, merely an excuse to visit a dramatic spot. I thought Portmeirion was a weird anomaly. Tenby felt like a classic tourist trap, just a shopping stop. Time allocated to St Fagans was far too short. Almost no one of our group departed Cardiff until Sat, so why not stay 2 hours longer at St Fagans?

I found back roads to have a more personal touch. A small group is much easier to cater for. I found the countryside travel & scenery much to my liking. This type of tour I found more relaxing. Our tour guide was a wealth of information & did an excellent job of caring for our needs. I will be recommending Back Roads to my friends as a wonderful choice of travel.
