HRH Prince Charles is a famously passionate supporter of organic food and Carolyn worked with local British producers to conjure up fare for the Royal family – from summer picnics to lunch on-board The Royal Yacht Britannia.
Carolyn will personally lead our new four-night culinary journeys for intimate groups throughout Scotland. This once-in-a-lifetime experience includes Carolyn hosting a private dinner on-board the Royal Yacht Britannia, a Royal Lochnager Whisky tasting, touring the Highlands, tastings of local premium cheese & smoked salmon and an adventurous foraging experience.
